Emotional Freedom Technique, commonly referred to as EFT Tapping or simply “Tapping” is a simple to do yet powerful technique that connects with your inner healing capacity.

Based on the principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology, scientific research and clinical studies continue to document and validate EFT as an effective treatment to understand, release and heal our emotions creating a harmonious balanced body.

We call it “Tapping” because we are literally tapping on end points of meridians primarily on the hands, face, and body. While tapping on these points we are saying statements with mindful and vocal attention to thoughts and feelings upon an issue we wish to resolve.

EFT allows us to get to the root causes of uncomfortable feelings like hurt, guilt, fear, anger, etc.  It can help us uncover deeply embedded feelings and limiting beliefs that may be preventing us from living our best life. After just a few rounds of tapping, people often report feeling lighter and calmer and able to breathe more easily – almost as if they now have more space inside.

As we begin to acknowledge and accept our emotions, we can begin to understand how we carry them. By using EFT, we can find a way to understand, release and heal.  We can reconnect with our innate sense of unshakeable wellbeing.
