Mindset Shifts for Lasting Weight Loss
This workshop is all about what is required in your mind for weight loss to happen. How do we need to think and feel in order to have sustained weight loss? What can help us stop eating the wrong things? Or too much of the wrong things. I can help you have a whole new outlook on the right mindset for weight loss.
